The history of this world is very strange. Powerful magic has transformed our world and its creatures rapidly, and continues to do so.

The only known records of our existence, the existence of any of our many races, do not place our inception or creation more than 400 years ago. The races have only been encountering one another for a century, though contact has been far between.

We number in three high races as of this recording.
