What are Vitals?

Vitals are the stats of your character that essentially represent your character's well being.

Hit Points (HP) - Hit Points, called HP, are the amount of damage your character may take before dying. HP can be restored by vaious items, such as Tonic or Mega Tonic, and you may be revived after dying by using a Phoenix Down or Panacea.

Stamina (Sta/St) - Stamina is how much energy your character has to do things like Explore Eternia or Attack in battle. Stamina can temporarily be recovered in battle, but only for the duration of the battle.

Magic Points (MP) - Magic Points, called MP, represent how much magic your chracter has with which to cast spells or skills. (MP and skills are not implemented in Neu Age yet, but are planned for Era 1.)

What are Stats?

Stats are your character's attributes that represent various aspects of your character, such as Strength or Spirit.

Strength (Str) - Strength helps you deal damage to an enemy in battle for all classes. Strength is also the primary damage stat for Fighters.

Vitality (Vit) - Vitality is the stats that effects how much damage your character can take and helps your defense.

Spirit (Spr) - Spirit helps determine your magic power with skills and spells as well as your magic defense against them. Spirit is also the primary damage stat for Casters.(Magic and skills are not implemented in Neu Age yet, but are planned for Era 1.)

Agility (Ag) - Agility is a major factor in your character's dodging ability. Higher Agility can make your character dodge incoming blows.

Dexterity (Dex) - Dexterity represents your ability to weild weapons effectively and make contact with them. Dexterity is also the primary damage stat for Thieves

Attack Min/Max - These two stats effect your minimum and maximum damage dealt to enemies. You can raise these stats by equiping items.

Armor - This stat effects your defense and how much damage you can take. You can raise this stats by equiping items.

What about levels and money?

Levels in Neu Age affect your character's stats and skills. Your character's abilities and strengths are increased as your character levels up. You need a certain amount of Experience to gain a level, and you recieve Training Point with which you may increase any stat.

Experience (Exp) - You gain experience as you play Neu Age and Explore Eternia. Experience represents your character's progress towards the next level.

Training Points (TP) - With TP you can raise stats such as Strength, Spirit, or Dexterity. You gain this by getting levels or buying it with UP.

Sil (§) - Sil is the currency of Neu Age. You are rewarded Sil from adventures, combat, and many other ways. You may use Sil to purchase items for your character.

What is Eternia?

Eternia is the name of the first large island your character arrives at, and is also the name of the world in which Neu Age takes place. You may explore Eternia to find monsters to fight or go on an adventure at your current location on the World Map. It costs your character 5 stamina to explore Eternia.

World Map is where you go to change your location. All you need to do is click on the location you would like to travel to and you move there instantly.

Is there anything else?

Upgrade Points:

Upgrade Points (UP)- With UP you can buy upgrades such as a larger bank capacity, more bank interest, and other great options.

Turns:

Turns occur every 15 minutes. Every time a turn comes around you gain Stamina and Sil. You are also revived from 0 HP every hour.

Innates:

After creating an account, if you go to your Training Panel you'll notice an option for choosing an Innate. Innates determine your elemental alignment. Depending on this you can get an edge, or a disadvantage, in battle.

Water drenches Fire, Fire scorches Wind, Wind erodes Earth, Earth absorbs Water.
